New OBD solutions for EDC17 and MEVD17 BMW and MINI vehicles.

We have added in new drivers to be used via OBD socket in order to work on BMW/Mini F-Series

without having to remove the ECU from the car.

Automatic coding and error clearing functions.
Through our writing patch the programming counter does NOT increase. 

Added also BACK TO STOCK function to restore the ECU to its original factory state.
