Our company offers professional vehicle diagnostics in the full sense of the word, we try to diagnose the problem, not to guess. Diagnostics can be divided into two main methods: orgeanoleptic and instrumental. For this purpose, we use our knowledge and experience, supported by technical documentation and the latest diagnoscopes, oscilloscopes, signal generators and measuring tools.
Computer diagnostics: Reading errors and parameters, analysis and verification of damage in many cases using an oscilloscope or generator to confirm the damaged component.
Testing the battery and charging with the latest testers confirmed by printout.
Video inspection inside engine, gearbox, drive axle with micro camera.
Compression pressure test and practical differential pressure test with an oscilloscope later confirmed with a pressure gauge.
Checking the tightness of the cooling system, CO2 test, i.e. detection of a damaged head / exhaust gas cooler.
Injection system checks: injector corrections, pump pressure - low and high fuel pressure, verification of measurement parameters from sensors, etc.
Checking the braking systems, test of hub / disc runout, checking other elements.
Diagnostics of hybrids and electric cars.

Returning to computer diagnostics, a separate department, Szulc Motorsport has the knowledge and the latest and most advanced tools for reading and programming ECU engine controllers and TCU automatic transmissions. Also devices for adapting, coding and updating software as well as key coding in various types of controllers in vehicles. We offer uploading serial programs (not modified - provided by the car manufacturer) to the engine controller - ECU and automatic transmission controller ASB -TCU, which now guarantees correct diagnostics and finding the problem. Unfortunately, nowadays more and more cars have modified engine or transmission software - which has bugs (inexperienced tuners) or bug numbers are simply removed from the driver software to hide the problem e.g. to sell cars by un-honest sellers or to undergo a technical inspection . Diagnostics of such a vehicle is extremely difficult, sometimes impossible, in difficult cases it is worth checking whether the driver software is original.
We also offer professional measurement of torque, power and acceleration in real conditions on the latest road dynamometer.
We also have experience and diagnostic equipment for repairs of LPG installations, incl. Stag KME, BRC and others. It is mainly about repairs after improper installation of the vehicle's electrical system or damage caused by the LPG system. We can also modify the maps in the engine controller with an emphasis on LPG. Both for gasoline with LPG and diesel with LPG.
In addition, we deal with the repair of drivers, coding, cloning-copying including changing the OTP areas, reading from mechanically damaged drivers directly from the Eeprom memory or the processor, if it is not possible to read, preparing the software in accordance with the VIN number and number / code of the engine and driver, and matching to the key.
For vehicles from the VAG Group, Mercedes, BMW and Toyota, we have a service level and for some engineering in the field of documentation, coding, key programming and module matching - the so-called component protection. Here we emphasize in advance that the legality of the used part delivered to us is borne by the customer. Therefore, we do not undertake repairs, fitting parts of unknown origin.
We only operate on original licensed software.
